Who we are
Rodrigo Monteiro
Rodrigo is a native of a local community in the Jatapu River (Arara community) and has been a fishing guide for more than 30 years. He knows the region and the fishes behavior like the back of his hand. Angling has always been his world, from providing everyday food to his family, to taking anglers from all over the world to fish the biggest trophies of their lives.
Rodrigo is also a microscopist, working against malaria and other infectious diseases in the Uatumã, Jatapu and Maripá rivers communities.

Moisés Buzaglo
Moisés is a native of Manaus and has been angling in the amazon region since he was a child. He is a medical doctor and lives in a floating hospital, which provides healthcare from community to community on the Uatumã region. Priorly he worked as a tour guide and translator, presenting the Amazon rainforest and its culture to travelers from around the globe.
The operations are conducted by Moisés and Rodrigo from beggining to end.
